Aloha Friends,
I am writing to formally share my farewell and sincere mahalo to the North Kohala Community Resource Center community. My final day as Executive Director was December 31. Serving in this role for the past two years has been a meaningful experience. During that time, we worked together to support important projects, strengthen programs, and continue building NKCRC as a place the Kohala community can rely on. I am proud of the work we accomplished together.
To the NKCRC staff, mahalo for your hard work and commitment. The care you bring to this community every day does not go unnoticed, and I am grateful to have worked alongside such a dedicated team.
To the Board of Directors, mahalo for your leadership, guidance, and trust in me. Your support made it possible to move the organization forward with purpose and clarity.
To the Kohala community, mahalo nui loa for your continued support of the Resource Center. NKCRC exists because of this community, and it has been a privilege to serve in this role.
As I step away, I do so with gratitude and appreciation for the relationships and experiences gained during my time here. I am also entering a new chapter with my family, which I wanted to share with you. Thank you for the opportunity to serve both this community and my family during this time.
If you need to reach me, please contact the NKCRC office and the team will be happy to pass along a message.
Mahalo for the trust and the opportunity to serve.
Leelen
