Yoga Ed.
This health and wellness program has successfully completed its third year in June, 2009 with Robyn Skudlarek at the helm. The program was first piloted at Kohala Elementary School and was then offered as part of the physical education program at Kohala Intermediate. Combining yoga poses, games, art, and breathing techniques, Yoga Ed. helps young people develop physical fitness, self care strategies, and greater focus and attention.
