Kamehameha Statue Maintenance
Thanks to the generous contributions from our community and grant money received we have accomplished our goal of bringing conservator Glenn Wharton back for a complete assessment and restoration of the original statue of Kamehameha the Great. It has been 10 years since he was last here and said, "It is the perfect time to address these issues of paint flecks and fading, before they become worse and invite disease."
