Kohala Coqui Coalition
The Kohala Coqui Coalition continues its work in keeping Kohala Coqui free. The Coalition has treated 13 different sites in North Kohala during the first six months of 2009, with several sites needing multiple eradications. Our work depends entirely on private donations, since county and state funding is no longer available. Kohala Kentia continues to provide service for our Coqui Hotline, vital for quick communication and response to coqui outbreaks. Hotline 889-5775.
